As there were no TV spots in France in 2003, I picked the print ads, that promoted the Louis Vuitton products. I will focus on ads, that promote the "multicolore collection" by Louis Vuitton. Louis Vuitton usually teams up with famous actors or other stars in order to promote their product. In 2003, Louis Vuitton implemented their marketing campaign with Jennifer Lopez. The campaign shows Jennifer Lopez carrying a Louis Vuitton purse. Two men are with her, they also carry Louis Vuitton bags. There are also some ads in this campaign, that show Jennifer Lopez by herself.
In 2009, Louis Vuitton did a campaign with Madonna, another popular character. The campaign shows Madonna in different situations, she is always by herself and she wears different outfits. Most of the time you can describe the ads as sexual explicit and provocative.
